• Favorites & Lists Exception: If you add a product to your favorites or lists after taking a photo, that image will be stored on our servers to enable favorites and list functionality across devices
• No Sharing: We do not share your images with any third parties except Google Gemini AI (as described below)
• Privacy First: Your product photos remain private and are used solely for ingredient extraction and halal analysis

You have full control over what images you choose to analyze, and you can stop using the photo feature at any time.

Google Gemini AI Integration

To provide accurate ingredient analysis from product photos, we use Google Gemini AI technology:

• Image Transmission: When you use photo analysis, images are sent securely to Google Gemini AI servers for processing
• Purpose: Images are used solely to extract ingredient text from product packaging

• Data Handling: Google Gemini AI processes images according to Google's privacy practices. Images are not used for training Google's AI models without your explicit consent
